Insurgent, and insurgent (Bf2 15$,Descent headset + mic $40, New PC parts to run 0.9 without lag $500, blowing up abrams tank with artilery IED : Priceless.)

Insurgents definitely. I just find using Third world weaponry and vehicles to kill people with 21st century technology more fun.

Gee, hard to choose. I love 21st style weaponry but a lot of the Insurgent weapons for ambushes are just so fun. I gotta go with BLUFOR. It requires much more precision and teamwork than Insurgency.

When I don't have much time, I play as insurgent.

Well, in my opinion...

When I play as BLUFOR, I want to have a good round.
When I play as Insurgent, I just want to make the BLUFOR guys miserable. I really don't care walking a thousand miles and then getting shot and bleeding to death. It's just so fun.

Once in Al Basrah I was walking around the middle of the city. I see a Land Rover. RKG-3 it! Dead instantaneously. Grab LMG. Ratatata kill a medic and an officer walking around (probably same squad). Get medic kit. Heal myself up. Kill another guy (last guy from that squad). Start healing up everyone else (this was very good since there were 0 civies in .87).

As you can see, playing as insurgent is very fun. I got 6 kills in around 30 seconds. It was THAT quick.

Totally, I think everyone has that mindset of just wanting to DESTROY the BLUFOR without mercy , which is why Insurgents are so fun, such a Zerging faction.

I think I only had one round where my insurgent squad members actually used their mics

most of the time i seem to feel that playing on the insurgent side is a joke. i don't know why. but i do. BLUFOR all the way, especially in Fallujah.

I voted bluefor.

I dont find playing as insurgent fun most of the time, because people tend to get distracted and wonder off, also getting blown up by tanks and apc's sucks too!
I see insurgents as slightly VBf2 style of play which isnt my style of play, but playing Bluefor on insurgency is good.

You can use tactics stick together call armour blow stuff up and generally just pawn.

I voted Blufor in 0.87, but now with the kits that stay on the ground for 5 mins the game a lot different. And it depends of the maps. On long-range maps i prefers Bluefor.

BLUFOR, only because I cant stand slowly bleeding out after falling 5 metres as an insurgent. But I do like being a collaborator and pissing off enemy APCs and tanks. Once I even stood on top of one! lawl

Blufor it just seems more epic in apcs and helicopters going around the map. But i still love being an insurgent specilly with the RPGs love blowing up armour becasue its very big thing for Insurgents to destroy assets. Bomb cars and ieds are my favorite

Insurgents because as a collaborator you can punish all those fools who havn't read the manual.

Blufor, I get bored playing as Insurgents, I prefer taking orders than sitting in the middle of no where thinking about what the hell to do.

I have my moods. But due to the originality of it all, I have to choose insurgents. Allahu Akbar!!

Insurgent. Its gives you a feeling of freedom and you can do whatever you want to do. However it can get boring mostly because the lack of teamplay, its not very often a squad sets up an ambush around a Cache, ive played PR alot and that have only happend to me once.

It does depend quite a bit on the team but I tend to prefer BLUFOR for two reasons.

I like BLUFOR weapons, I like scopes and red dots. I'm not really a fan insurgent guns.

Secondly, I can never seem to get in the insurgent mindset. That mindset being that dying isn't that big of a deal. You don't lose a ticket. Even making a BLUFOR soldier bleed at the cost of your own life can be benefitial.

I simply just don't do too well as an insurgent. My kill to death ratio is usually pretty bad. Somtimes a kill per 4-6 deaths.

I dont think you are playing the right game

An insurgents KD is never going to be good so who cares if you have a bed one its not MW2 i mean you have bomb cars for blowing yourself up so what do you expect?
