I would so disagree. :P

hi wicca, will PRTA server do a 128 player test with forces mumble.. see that test has not been done yet; that is 128 with forced mumble on; I think this needs to be tested;

i have never seen the server emptied because of a 4km even with the buggy ones (iron, silent eagle) ive seen it empty because of other bad maps though.

I agree population seems to fall off more with some of the older 4km's rather than the haters favourites.

Hmm, we haven't changed servers. Is it definitely a problem at our end? :/

We use exactly same server as before Silly Savage. We never had server closer to USA than Germany. :P

Oops.

:o ops:

Was downloading a certain file at the time which caused my ping to spike.

Carry on.

;)

Hey, I have a question, what is the big issue around "high" pings (ie. 100+)? Never had an issue in a "big" game (big maps, tactics/maneuvers > who shoots first), except for the occasional CQB failure :/

But sub-220 ping is playable for me and I can kill. Even if head shots don't kill always, which is why I always have automatic on, I will just load into a guy if my first shot doesn't work.
Yeah its like sex isnt it? Like the further away you are, the more you spray?

I belive the term is spray and pray. :D

I think it's actually the other way around.

I mean, if you are far away, you gotta make every shot count.

If you are close, however, almost every shot will hit the target.

The issue behind all this is when the server doesn't register your shots, so it was like you died before even firing a single shot (while, from your point of view, you unloaded an entire mag...)

Its bad that your server does not "support" clan switches... I have been trying almost a whole round to switch to other team, and when i ask admin says its gonna be unbalanced, when its 30vs31

We have a commitment to maintain balanced sides, numerically and in skill. Whilst we do often switch people if you weren't it is because the sides would have become unbalanced as a result, which is never good for gameplay.

Good round on "Seige of...." today. Altough I really hate it that the Militia can constantly bombard the British positions, and there is no way of spotting them!

Good server with mandatory mumble and great teamwork. Too bad I'm in the United States and almost never avalible during the day, so I rarely play on Euro servers such as MerK, NWA, UKWF, and PRTA.
