Will the bigger explosions have more then one "look"? It looks good, but they all are the same, maybe the smaller ones are the same to, but it's not that obvious.

Did the new lower deviation also affect the grenade launchers? Right now in .98 it is quite hard.

All of the low walls have been replaced, just waiting for Rhino to finish his current *ahem* project then I should be able to get the compounds whacked in. After that its just the final stage stuff like lightmaps, replacing the field crops, cable work, gamemodes etc.

So yeah, its coming along ok, shouldn't be too long til you see more of it :)

with more and more working weapon sights in PR, are you planning to make every sight working? So adjustable ironsights and working markers on acog and co.

I saw Rhino (IIRC) saying somewhere that they are placing this in stages, first was the GL sights, now the AT sights, and probably in the future adjustable iron sights, but this will need to come with realistic ballistics.

Don't get your hopes up too much. They're doing what they can, but there's engine limits, especially with realistic bullet drop and stuff.

Having proper ballistics for weapons that have interleaved tracer rounds isn't possible, as the flight path of normal rounds and tracer rounds are different in BF2, unless they have a pretty much a flat flight path which they currently have ingame. So unless we have all rifles with no tracer rounds, or all tracer rounds etc, its not possible.

In time its something we hope to do but its quite a lot of work to implement which is why we are implementing adjustable sights one step at a time, first with UGLs, now with AT weapons and from there, possibly sniper rifles but they are pretty low priority since there are very few of them ingame compared to other types of weapons.[/QUOTE]

So SU-34 for the Russians, SU-30MKK for PLA, Tornado for GB and Bundeswehr. Can i expect SU-24M for MEC and F15E for USAF and IDF?

Will TOW's have removed zoom when 1.0 is released? I remember not being able to zoom when using the TOW during the BETA.

How come the US Army camo is UCP I thought the change to multicam? Wasn't there some re-evaluation and they started to equip units in Afghanistan with multicam?
