Unless multicam is being issued to ALL U.S. Army, it is not going to get thrown into PR.

As comradeHX said, its OCP (Operation enduring freedom Camouflage Pattern) However, I have a feeling if someone made it, they MIGHT add it for US afghan levels.

The beta doesn't support SP, because it wasn't part of the goal of the beta. The full release of 1.0 will have more SP/COOP support than any previous version of PR.
