Server will be down in the 10th to honour the PRTA Pistol event. Be there, or be square.

GG last night, thanks squad members for sticking with me through it all! I must've done something right! Thanks K_Rivers, slappy (I think) and some other guys for helping me with leading fire teams, you all did a great job. GJ scotty with the combat engineering (Rivers might disagree :-P ).

That round of Kokan was probably one of the few times I've led 14 guys without it being a complete massacre from start to end...
Tried to coordinate with some other squads and got great support from the [BSP] LAV squad, thanks for that. That fire support helped us keep the enemies heads down so we could get close to the compounds.

Great example of how awesome this game can be, nights like these are the only reason I keep playing.

Really think Kashan should be removed from regular maplist. I don't think it plays well with 64+ players. It gets to packed and becomes more of a TDM with out manouverspace. The mountain is what's important and the armor really can't do armor manouvers. It wasn't designed for the current view distance in the first place.

There are many better 4*4 maps to play, like Black gold, Yamalia, Vads'o', Iron Eagle, Silent Eagle and Shijia Walley that offer depth.

If you experience mumble voice quality problems, try to turn on:

Settings -> Network -> Force TCP mode

For some reason the server you have in Germany is much more stable than the one in Finland?

Yes, server in Finland is used for developing and running newest code and server in germany is using most stable code, if you can say so

Heh, testing can only prove the presence of bugs, not their absence. Was a great game last Sunday with no crashes, so the 'stable' version seems quite .... stable.

First off, congratulations on the 200 player count last night, very stable. Second, and for my sadness, i have never seen in all this years of PR so much, but so much retardiness, in one server at the time. The server was completely out of control.

- People screaming and shouting, like 10 year old girls on mumble.
- People that have no clue what to do in the game. Teamwork it simple doesnt exist.
- After all this time, ppl havent figured out whats the point off geting FOBs up.
- People tk all the time to steal assets and kits.
- People havent figured how to play AAS, after all this years. Its simply attack and attack.
- Operation Barracuda, was like "destruction derby" but with choppers. Soppa had to increased the tickets, because after 10min within the game, we where running out off tickets, and plus enable debugg to spawn more choppers.

And yes i now, it must be pretty hard to control and admin 200 players. But the questio still remains, is it really worthy? For what? For this? A new player that wants to try and learn PR, and jumps on the server will see what? This? A COD "made style mod"? This aint PR that i now for sure. And when i'm writing this, it came up on my mind the Tips on the Loading Screens - "If you can kill it leave it alone, or i will kill you".

Sry for the wall of text, and my english.

Best regards,

prWARs BigLouie.
