yeah they should be able to get kits out of the caches, because iraqi insurgents cant. FSA and Nusrah are some what of a strong army. They have some type of weapons, even heavy

Alright, stop with your retardati...no, it would be an insult to the mentally challenged people for using that word. Stop whatever the hell you wanna call you armchair expertise and not-so-borderline fanboyism about some dudes who arent even bloody relevant to the thread.

Seriously, I thought this was supposed to be a COMFAC thread, but all I am seeing is something equivalent to a crowd chanting at a hick league football game.

wow, I'm gone for a day and you guys spoil the thread :D Crocop is right. Again, leave political debate out of this thread. I'm even going to say that we have enough references on the rebels for now. please focus on the army only.

MineralWouter wrote:@osama: I will probably not use many specific unit names. Besides there will only be around 3/4 new technical textures. So I want to keep it simple :) But I'll look into it don't worry. Still have 3 other textures to finish first before I slap any text on them.

yeah, I know why it's always inverted :p Photoshop does that automatically for some reason.

this is what I now need to do to write Arabic correctly:

-switch photoshop to Arabic keyboard settings, allow Arabic character options
-switch computer keyboard to Arabic mode
-switch to inverted typing in photoshop
-find the correct translation on the webs
-copy paste

that for 3 simple words.

I'll probably write a tutorial on it soon, as it's useful info for other texture workers.

ignore how artificial it looks, but the spelling is correct right?

I just noticed;
This is just as arrogant as it gets towards the Syrian people (maybe not whatever)
I mean, "let's make a a syrian faction so middle to upper-class white boys can play it in a semi-realistic game, while Syrians are experiencing 24/7 Boston bombings which are almost totally accepted by the same white boys out there in Europe and USA because they believe that these so called freedom fighters are not idiots that got brainwashed by al-qaeda or some other so-called radical *cough* islamist *cough* sect which is only out to making it an X-country-sponsored sharia-state"

Sorry for being so politically incorrect though..

Don't mind me.. It was just one of these stupid things I usually do, but it makes me a hypocrite..

But looking at it from the other side, mericunts, russians, arabs, etc.. are also probably dying, somewhere, in war.. and we're making it our primary form of entertainment..

Just a moment of thoughts.. damn, I have to stop it..

Noddy - pretty self explanatory. Prior infractions mean a short forum holiday.

I served in Iraq and Afghanistan, I couldn't care less if people make levels out of it. IF you feel that way about this faction, then you should feel that way about all of them, and not playing PR.

So your solution is that these middle class white boys should join the Jihad in Syria instead of simulating war from the safety of there homes? If you dont agree with that then just live and let live my friend, and have some fun while your at it (in other words play some PR).

Keep political discussion for somewhere else, this thread is about the pr faction and nothing else.

I was just chucking the idea out there, maybe something can be worked out or not but there ZSU-2-23 they have looks awfully like something you'd want for a mod about the uprising in Syria.
