I have a extremely busy schedule this next month, but I just wanted to say that I'll be making a faction based on the danish armed forces during this summer along with some of my friends in the army and navy. Thats the plan anyway. So if anyone is interested in helping out, let me know, but I wont start for at least another month.

I know that the danish special forces uses the MSG 90 as their sniper rifle, but I am afraid that I cant pinpoint the sniper used in the field in afghanistan on this poor quality video. AWP?

Not AW. Looks like a Sako TRG to me, but with a different buttstock.

According to Wikipedia the Danish Jægerkorps and Frømandskorps use a folding-stock version, so that's probably it.

I have been thinking about doing a larger player controlled water craft such as the frigates. Only problem is that I dont think it will fit the game of PR.

However, the mod I am making wont be a new faction for PR such as the other community mods. I will, along with some other people, make pretty much all the inventory of the danish military (at some point in time) regardless of it fits the game mechanics of PR or not - artillery, boats... we have come to see PR as sort of a combat simulation platform engine, and if we want to simulate a C-130 hercules, well then we do it (yes I know there cant be that many players, and stuff cant be put in the back - so what?)...
That is why it wont be made official like the community mods here, but when we are done we can put in the equipment we have, and PR uses game wise at that point for an official release.

The people that are making the faction is me and some of my study mates at my university. We are all studying to become game designers and the rest of them wanted to learn a few things about modding.

Yeah Frigates would be cool for DCX midway style naval battle but indeed to big for PR, i haver a model lying around of the Zeven Provincien class Frigate but its to big, what would be a possibility could be a Ocean going Patrol Vessel or a small corvette.
