I think when snipers operate with conventional forces they dont use ghilies.
Its interesting because the sniper won't change in anyway except for the looks.cyberzomby wrote:I think its crazy! Out of all the changes and possible: why did the DEV's do that situation the gilly suits is by far the most talked about lol!

For me- the most unrealistyc thing...Now im going to shoot civies more often, its not realistic that INS have a civ Coolaborator with epipens runing around, reviving insurgents, because in conventional armies they have field hospitals and so when they take care of them, but i dont think that Insurgent without body armour could survive the bullets...Hresvelgr wrote:ThankyouThankyouThankyouDanke! Much as I awaited the Russians my favorite feature must be civi medkits. Finally, no more death from sprains!
Hell yes, loads of epic stuff about to be released (Russian, Taliban, Infantry working with APC, new AK's...) and people are complaining about minor tweaks on spec-ops, snipers and pilots, the 3 noobiest kits ever in PR.I think its crazy! Out of all the changes and possible: why did the DEV's do that situation the gilly suits is by far the most talked about lol!
So, you don't want that vanilla skin removed? And it even makes it more attractive!? Oh my gawd, get this poor man a big dosis of PR, he's been playing VBF2 for too long!Schakal wrote:Hello
I also don't understand the removing of the ghille suits. Okay, they are“nt visible on longer distances... that's a problem. But why make this problem also on short ranges? It doesn't harm anybody. It only has positive and realistic aspects. Its harder to see you ...
(btw. the whole "hiding" part of being a sniper isn't, or couldn't be, really considered in the game... everyone knows the pictures of the totally invisible snipers in bushes/grass etc. Its one of the main aspects in the role and training. Its essential for success and surviving.),
...its more realistic and its makes the kit more attractive... the look of the sniperkit is so important for the atmosphere in the game!
I don't understand why the ghille could not remain until the "something-else-that-will-make-it-work-right"-thing is ready?
But for the rest: I LOVE IT!!! THIS GAME IS EPIC!!! GREAT!!!
Thanks for all the hard work![]()
I don't think it'll be the GAU-8s, I don't think they even touched that. But there is a Humvee avenger AA...P.S.Txatu miller wrote:HUD: Avenger crosshair resized to 196^2 to prevent corruption (chuc)

hahah. Someone couldn't make up there mind?
So does this mean the GAU-8 Avenger crosshair will be smaller?
Not necessarily, otherwise pilots and crewmen would be exiled too.Flanker15 wrote:Spec ops was unrealistic, you don't just have a spec op or 3 that run around with the regular forces. Either everyone on the team is spec ops or none are.
If the spec-ops return I'd guess it will be as its own faction, since spec-ops isn't just one unit type they have all the other "kits" too.
'[T wrote:waylay00;911846']I like the removal of the pistol. It makes the downed pilots have to force themselves to hide and wait for extraction (much more realistic). And to be honest, I was getting sick and tired of those all-pilot squads.
lol... yea... that's funny. what an epic argumentMonkeySoldier wrote:So, you don't want that vanilla skin removed? And it even makes it more attractive!? Oh my gawd, get this poor man a big dosis of PR, he's been playing VBF2 for too long!![]()
