The halftracks weren't part of the original plan, but were added later, 'cause they're nice to have ;) .
Not sure about the back MG, might do that. I'll think about it.

LCVP's, unsure yet.

The Lcvps would be like transport helis in Pr, no? Just only available on water maps ship to coast. Sounds like a plan :D

Great work, nice to see a whole bunch of battle environments combined into one map.

i guess this will use the AASv4 system so there will be different battles over the map which would also help contribute to concentrating the gameplay into one area to make it seem like there are more players than there really are

wow this vast amount of space with almost infantry only, this'll be great! especially with about 100 players of course ;)

perhaps after the event you might want to check if fh2 is interested, spice up the soured relations a little

on a side note: AD, if you fly aircraft, or handle vehicles anywhere close like this ingame, not even you're R-DEV tag will save you from being banned sooner rather than later :p

It looks awesome, pr+wwII is like a dream but, what does it mean that it will be an event? it will only be playable a certain day of each month/week or something like that?

As always I'm going to do update this on FH2 forum.

Dune or someone else connected to this project already admitted that they're looking for 128 players experience on this map. Hell, I couldn't imagine this any other way.

doubt it will only be played once, once its finished i think we will see a few servers running it daily

VEHICLES: Added M26 Pershing, Panzer III J and Panzer IV F2. For those that read this, I don't know if they'll be in the map, but wanted to add them to the mod anyways. Gunner/driver have been separated of course.
Good to know, not detrimental to gameplay - if you decide to include that is - since they can only spawn when and if the americans conquer the beach.

I know we're still in WIP and alot of testing is needed to refine gameplay. But one thing that comes across my mind often is that the germans should be in numerical disadvantage yet very well compensated in terrain (high, on the beach) or assets (halftracks, flaks, etc). Because in my mind 64 on high ground, with LMGs and cannons against 64 on low open ground seems like a certain victory to me. And not even sure if both americans and germans can cover the whole beach with those numbers. 200 sounds like a good number to me - 80 germans vs 120 americans. It would help the immersion if there were large numbers rather than assaulting a beach with a few empty spaces. But ofc this last part is just an impression I have after watching the video and may be a wrong one at that.
