hey mineral just a side note, ive been doing some studying on infantry arms of the syrian army and happen to find Norinco CQ assault rifles in use with a lot of commando units of the syrian army.

Were going to stick to the standard issue rifles of the SAA and not specialized weapons. But thanks for your research, but afaik mineral will be sticking to the current design plan for now.

As micro said, we will be sticking with the normal army units and their most common weapons. As we need a faction that can fit on all the maps we present. With specialized factions you can run it to the trouble that the unit doesn't fit at all on the map. I guess you understand

But all suggestions are welcome so keep them coming.

Has there been the suggestion of making all common-rose actions "Allah-uakbar"? Like with different pronounciations. That would feel so immersive.

While it would be an interesting change of pace, artillery will still probably be used as it is much more common, which is what PR usually goes for, what the most common out of the bunch.
As for a snowy level, we have non in progress and no mappers available, it would also require a complete re-texturing which takes a very long time to do, so unless someone comes to us willing to do it, then there will not be one in the foreseeable future.

That is up the the map designer. They can be found on Insurgency standard layer when Sbeneh Outskirts is released. As for the other layers they are layed out more like a conventional army.

We still have the SAF to finish. But things are pretty close.
