Kit/vehicle: Officer/M1A1 (1st time) and Jungle Boots (2nd time)

Map and side:1st time on EJOD Desert, 2nd on Hills of Hamgyong

Act of heroism/good conduct:
1st Time - Brilliant officer/SL, in command of a fully crewed tank. Great, clear use of communication, movement and really awful jokes (just kidding) - even when the sh1t started flying as we spear-headed the assault, several times.

2nd Time - Again brilliant officer/SL, leading us through the jungles of "Hills of Hamgyong". Even though our team was utter **** (the list goes on: Camping far away from the battle at Temple (HQ), almost completely unable to take or hold a flag... etc) - kroney64 did a fantastic job of marching our squad criss-cross over nearly the whole map, keeping things together and setting up rally points when needed.

Another good team player that should be mentioned.

=euro=SPIRITXIXIXI was the name i think. Good squadleader, always makes voip squad and try to speak to the squad members all the time so to lead them on the best way.

He is the best SL I ever had a chance to be in one squad. He is not spamming VOIP with empty words but every time says what is necessary and what is needed to do. He is also a clever tactician. I played with him (and you Leeu) few times and would do it again anytime.
It was so fun with him yesterday at Qwai river (I think). We had a fantastic fight against USMC around fishing village and at the end of round in Gov.office. In a last few minutes he was wauded by enemy fire and started to bleed so he began to shout through VOIP: "Save your squadleader! Save your squadleader!" And in blurred vision he was trying to find some medic (me). I also tried to find him according to minimap and was running all the time in opposite dirrection (minimap was on min zoom *doh*). So he chased after for some time until I turned around. That was simply hilarious. Although we lost the round it was one of the best teamwork filled games I ever played.

He is also a very good SL. He is usually very communicative and I like to play with him.

I would recommend also thomaskunze and tipsi they are very good teamplayers and fantastic SL.

great games on Hx server last night, enjoyed the squadwork on 1 map especially.
Sorry I cant remember you all, just Rage and Clavdivs cos they spoke to me alot! I remember being on US made a rally point then got auto'd so joined Rage and Clavdivs in their squad, good game!
hehe that rally point that I set before I got switched was causing us problems.
I wasnt too good next map as I havent played it that often (too much playing on servers with ejod, muttrah, karkand2 as rotation!) and was SL plus my speech is a bit limited atm.

Hey, Hx. You guys have got your own server now. Sweet. I'll see you there soon hopefully. I'm kinda missing claudius' and her jibes at how bad my flying is. It still hasn't improved

firtstly guys thanks for the kind words, it seems my squad on the IGI server is building quite the reputation wich is fantastic.

but i would like to say that no matter how good a squad leader i might be, it would be nothing without the fantastic guys who are regulars in my squad, there all fantastic communicators and skilled players, THANKYOU!
makes my life as a S/L relatively easy, most the time

and first time last night, IGI FRESHMEAT joined in the fun,and was absaloutly fantastic!

would also like to thank the ARSE sever guys, who seemed to have left the dark side i.e vanilla and can regually be found on IGI.

my recomendation goes to skeletor.. didnt get his full in game name but skeletor something.

I had really fun playing with him today on ejod desert.

We have had our own server for almost 6 months now, but now we have two actually

we host two servers HeliX #1 and HeliX #2



HeliX #1 is extremely powerful with two Quad Xeon CPU's @ 2.33GHz running on 64 bits Linux with an 1 GB/sec connection

We have changed a lot of the standard settings on our server which we feel give a better game play....

You are all welcome..
we may host a 64 slots some day, but we have not found any reason to do so yet...
In earlier Project Reality versions that amount of people always become chaos, but in 0.5 it’s seems better…

I had a great laugh last night on Thors Brigade server with a cracking group of lads over a series of rounds, these lads included:

roflcopter -> protected and revived sqd leader very well
Captain_killer -> v. good team player
Matthew Baker -> magically always onhand with medic or ammo
blue_piglet -> the AT master
demio -> total nutter, aim him at the enemy and stand back!
sir.rob -> another teamplayer

good comms by all, and they followed orders very well. thx for the game lads.

I really enjoyed my time in the Hx squad last night. Thanks to Clavdivs for the clear instructions at all times, and to R@ge for inviting me in. Special mention to Bjoffe for some fine long distance shots.

Hard to go back to som Lone Wolfing vanilla after some night on HelIX that's for sure

There's another guy of those euro guys... 4ss4ssin or so. Funny guy, perfect imitation of chines voices xD always good for a laugh

ChrisMoreno666 (Did I get it right?) Did a great job tonight on iGi server (I think it was on iGi) Had some great times defending flags with you! Even though the other squads had a hard time understanding that they needed to defend the flag they just capped!
A good SL and a great teamplayer!

Sidenote: ALOT OF NEW NAMES the servers wherever you go, find this very good and especially that I didn't run into any smacktards. Ofcourse everybody didn't get it all from the beginning but everybody did a fine job after a while!
