initially thought that the cover will open at a shot therefore it is separated from the main pipe

Normals(no metal belts on the main pipe, also a few small details) hasn't noticed that there was not filled space, but if that, can fix after)
about animations, I think possible to use simple sceleton lying position, and spg rotation animations
(P.S. There are about 10 types of missiles for him, as well as several versions of the spigot, depending on the year of release, so some parts may be different)

I suggest a simple name such as "The Caliphate", give them some random black flag that you can make up yourself and that's it. A bit too late to start thinking of who's a terrorist or not now after so long in the works. xD

You're just now declaring that ISIL is too evil to have their own faction in-game? Where have you been for the past few years that you now consider them too bad? Whatever floats your boat, dude, but you really ought to just stick with them being ISIL.

I've also made some improvements for bomber cars driven by AI.
Added invisible turret with appropriate ai template changes, increased speed, with some new sounds.
