Not much.
Can't check that, but they aren't all G1.
No, I didn't change any BCs
There are no correct angles, no correct BCs, no correct ballistics, no point in making animations.
Actually, at the moment i'm working on something different. But i'll try to make some progress soon. Any help from a ballistician, sniper or someone who knows would be appreciated, because I have a very very basic knowledge about ballistics, and that's not enaugh I guess.

hey jonny your good with math stuff, he is a little question that i have been asking people.
ok so a projectile that weighs 0.2 grams has a force of 7.835 pounds pushing it out of a barrel, the barrel is 1.5 meters long, how fast will the projectile be going when it reaches the end of the barrel?

"WTF?" is the same kind of reaction i got. That's why i was so unsure that we're doing it right.
Gx drag function should be applied to Gx type of bullet. And by 'drag function' I mean a function that calculates BC. I don't know if we need to calculate non-g5 bullets in some other way. But afaik we only use g5 and g7 bullets, so there should be much problem with that.
I've compared your ballistic model with the data from real-life tests on ak47 and SVD (bullet drop). The results were unexpectedly amazing! 99% match! Ballistics calculators show same results as your program! Well done Jonny.
I think we can continue working on all G5 guns.

I used g5, because ak47 and SVD use g5 bullets. New info I've got:
SKS: 7.62x39, BC=~0.28, v=739±4, m=8
AK47: 7.62x39, BC=~0.28, v=696±5, m=8
AK74: 5.45x39, BC:0.282, v=922±10, m=3.42
SVD (ins, mil, mec): 7.62x54R 7N1, BC:0.43, v=823±12, m=9.8g
edit: btw can we use CRD_NORMAL/x/y/z to make random muzzle velocity? Is there a point in doing that in the first place?

Aren't you going to need mass when you'll calculate realistic damage? Are you still going to calculate damage?
Anyway the mass is there to make things easier.

i think that would be good to put ingame cus bullets in real life dont go the same speed each time.
also for the guns what if someone makes a table, that has things like
-gun
-round(mass, g1, g2, ect)
-muzzle velocity
-bc
-other things needed to do this
then post it on the fourm, so people can find the info post and someone could update it, this way we would get more info faster.

m80 ball, g7, 146 grain, bc=0.195, 840m/sec
picked a normal ball round, cus the mec is made up.
pkm
the pkm should use the same round as the svd cus the svd fires a 7.62x54r round. the muzzle velocity for the pkm is 825m/sec
sv-98(rus)
7N14, 152gr, bc=0.43, 830m/sec
same round as the svd would fire, looked around this seems to be the ammo used, read something about only a elite team of snipers getting really good ammo.

picked the round cus mec isnt real, not crazy just simple ball round.

Well, then the Russian forces should get the best ammo, seeing as how they're supposed to be the best of their army, like how the Brits are Paras and Royal Marines.

Actually PKM uses LPS round, although the difference isn't big.
PKM: 7.62x54r LPS, bc=0.42, v=825±25, m=9.6
Also, where did you get info on 7N14? Just curious, I couldnt find it anywhere. Afaik it has same speed and weight as 7N1, but ballistics are slightly better. And it's not exportet from Russia, so only russians should use it.
