So I had a bet going on with a friend that 0.86 would be released this weekend. Please don't disappoint me

maybe this is the wrong tread but since this is the only one people are replying to,

i have this error everytime i press the pr icon to start it, plz help me, i bought bf2 yesterday but since the vanilla isnt realistic enough (im a call of duty 4 hardcore player) i wanna play this but it wont work

apparently your download may be bugged. Download a new one (from a different website as the original) and reinstall everything.

i downloaded it with torrent :/ maybe reinstalling can help

I meant to say this after the last release. Been playing PR since .5 release and I'm always amazed at the work that goes into this mod.

Thanks to all the people who keep putting these PR versions together. This is all provided to us FREE to use with an old game that we probably wouldn't otherwise play. At some point we all should think about chipping in a couple bucks for beer and pizza for all the developers who contribute, maybe when PR reaches v1.0

Just a thought.. thanks guys!

my guess, probably around v1.3/4 but even then, if they do reach the limits of the engine and what they want to do there will probably be map releases. or if a engine comes available thats better than bf2 one it will take a fair bit whistle DEV's provide a reasonable "base" mod for that engine.

PR is the best MOD / GAME becouse it nerver stops !!

Oh come on, you don't have to be a mind reader to predict that qwai without LB's and replacing them with moar apcs will just suck. Actually, qwai USED TO be fair (2 tanks vs 2 tows = tactic required). Oh well, can't wait to... forget how fun it was to fly and... welcome to a new infantry game.

Qwai was nowhere near fair with 2 tows. Just one of those would wipe out armor like ninjas. IRL, tows are never meant to go wandering off on their own with just 2 men inside. The new version isn't much better though, but I do like the fact that they removed LBs. Having air power on the map was very unique, but the sound bug happens way too often.

Never experienced it myself.

i have some love/hate for the changes, but i can't wait to play it :3

Just to update you all guys .....The Patch is pretty much ready to go out, we are now awaiting the release of the BF2 1.5 Patch , to ensure it will run with no errors. We have been testing the Beta with our Patch, and things look good.

To that end we hope to release a few days after the BF2 1.5 Patch.
