yay thors brigade rules.. when there arnt idiots from Hawai on it (thought 300 was a gd ping) i have had gd fun on the server when there is no lag so gd going.

Laggy server, last time on it, when round ended, I got 'There is a problem with your conenction' and watched my APC fly around Sunset City...had to disconnect, since nothing happened...

Kashan instead of Al-Kufrah(last night many players left during second round fpr exampla,cos round takes too long)
Al Basrah instead of Desert Storm(that map sucks and ticket after 1 hour of playing ; US tickets:around 200 and Insurgency tickets:around 300)

I would rather see both Kashan and Kufrah.
But I totally agree with removing Desert Storm and adding Basrah.

Regarding the main TB server (the non-city-maps-only one):
I totally agree on removing Desert Storm and substituting it for Al Basrah.
I have played Desert Storm on the TB server a few times this week and I must say it is absolutely dreadful. It took over an hour (more like two if I remember correctly) each time we played it and it grew really, terribly boring.
Kufrah is an okay map if you have have some capable players on the servers, but if not, it takes freaking ages (in fact yesterday the round was ended by timeout!).
Kashan is an awesome, and very popular map indeed. I just can't imagine why TB wouldn't have in their server list.
Other than that, TB guys, you are great and I love your server!!!

Kashan rocks, why stick to old maps that are a bit outdated (like Desert Storm and Helmand) instead of playing the new maps that came with .6?

Ok, the "henchmen" told me good news.
Not later than this weekend TB will get a new IP and the net will be more than fast and stable.
The server will be ported to a new fiber optics net....*'more power' tim taylor roar*
TB is very sorry for these embarrassments and we hope to run our servers effectively very soon...

... but i've got good news:
The net issues are gone!
The computing center ordered to lay a new cable which has been responsible for these huge lags.
The irony is that this new cable should improve the performance but the cable company was cack-handed.
The biggest joke is that the company only had to lay a 200m cable
In order to eliminate further net issues, we will get a new IP on their new fiber optics net soon.

Hi there any admin from thors.
I had a bad run some months ago at your server in the startup of my PRperiod, and now i find myself banned.( first a slamcharge gave me some teamkills in the start of ejod, not my fault i think as jolly roger is screaming in red over it, and then i really blew it by lobbing a granade in the exact place where it should not have gone.
) I am not in the habbit of performing teamkills on purpose, and hoped you could terminate my time of penance.

Okey, you can play on TB again - it was a default bf2cc ban for 4 punished TKs.
So play more carefully and this wont happen again.
