That's good to hear.
Great work on the AA-sight btw.

Great work on the AA-sight btw.

Well sorry just want my faction to have maps when its ready look at the IDF for example they didn't thought of maps before it was to late even though they had all the content they still had lack of maps so! I am just trying to do my best of being the main leader of this that's all![R-MOD]Masaq wrote:Halvor, stop asking to get this added as an outright community mod. The Norwegians will get added in time, if things progress well. You asking again and again will piss people off; same with nagging others for maps to use.
Focus on doing what needs to be done and do it well, is my advice.

Thanks
Repeatedly asking to be made a full community mod in every second post is a little tiresome; and people have already commented elsewhere on your repeated attempts to solicit a map.halvor1 wrote:Well sorry just want my faction to have maps when its ready look at the IDF for example they didn't thought of maps before it was to late even though they had all the content they still had lack of maps so! Well i agree to that though i am not trying to steal anything just trying to sort things out![R-MOD]Masaq wrote:Repeatedly asking to be made a full community mod in every second post is a little tiresome; and people have already commented elsewhere on your repeated attempts to solicit a map.
If you want a map, post up a request and see if anyone's willing to help out. Then you're making ONE post about it and not peeving everyone off.
This is the reticle being used in the scope currently on the model:halvor1 wrote: Also here is the sight for the 417 I think the original one has only mil dot sight but I wanted a variation of the sight to make it more exciting!
Stay tuned for further progress![]()

Do you actually know what a grenadier is? I'm not speaking of the 17th century meaning of the word.[R-CON]marcoelnk wrote:i dont speak norwegian of course but grenader sounds very much like grenadier to me and thats not what the class is about.
well how should i know that they are called grenaders in norway?Fonveh wrote:Do you actually know what a grenadier is? I'm not speaking of the 17th century meaning of the word.
In the Norwegian army and air force, a "grenader" is a professional soldier. It is simply used to distinguish a professional soldier from a conscript.
All the Norwegian soldiers in Afghanistan have a grenadier contract (or higher)
Well, a "grenadier" has a different meaning from country to country. They often don't have anything to do with grenades at all.[R-CON]marcoelnk wrote:well how should i know that they are called grenaders in norway?
I don't really see the connection. A tank has to do with shells maybe, not grenades.@bosco : i know but a tank at least has sth to do with grenades
In modern times, regiments using the name grenadiers are effectively indistinguishable from other infantry, especially when hand grenades, RPGs, and other types of explosive arms have become standard-issue weaponry;
Well, there would be 2 classes with the same name, just like there is in the current PR (Rifleman and Rifleman). But I agree, especially the requestable kits would be confusing for people.[R-MOD]KP wrote:Actually, I reckon we should keep the English names. That way, everyone will know what class they're choosing. Also, we can't have a load of classes with the same name. The default ones will do the job just nicely.
