first of all i want to point out expressly that our community doesnt tolerate any form of racism we even detest it. Sometimes one can even get the impression we dont understand any jokes because we kick or even ban really fast everything related to racism whereas on ohter servers it would have been tolerated.

We never have and we never will prefer any nationality over another! We make no diffrence if you are white, black yellow, brown, grey or even blue. All we want is fair teamplay, mature behaviour and to follow our server rules.

So we even dont care if you are a Clan-leader, if you are long term partner or if you are a new member or even one of our admins. If you dont stick to these 3 things you get punished.

And if you feel unjustly treated you are always welcome to our Teamspeak server we can sort things out there.

It makes me really angry that you try to play the racism card im bored of that, we are the complete opposite! Everybody is welcome on our Server just stick to these 3 things above and we are completely fine! I would even love to see more players from all over the world on our Sever but first it depends on the ping and second what discourage them the most is probalbly that they hear german in local speech sometimes and dont understand whats going on. But i promise make yourself noticeable and they switch to english. SL-channel is english mandatory anyway.

I was in the havoc pilot hovering above factory to take care about your report.
While i was sorting things out with Larry in TS even arguing and ask him to leave this positon now because it only leads to such circumstances and conflicts, you suddenly shot us down with your imiginary apache! You lied to us making me take care about your problem and shot us down while i was busy to do so, are you kidding me?

Do you understand that by fair teamplay?? Honestly now? After that you killed the Brdm and after that everything is fine for you? Seriously!

Of course the brdm shouldnt have been there in the first place because it always leads to such half legally actions and one doesnt know when the main starts and he got to stop firing. So i can understand here your point completely!

But that doesnt justify your dirty lie!

Remeber the 3 things we want on our server!

Hey Corvin,

i hope i already made clear that there are no clans or anything with different privileges on our Server nor that we prefer germans! 3dAC by the way one of our partner clans is completely international and they speak all english! Really i cant hear that racism thing anymore.

- Since the 100 player Server there are no locked Squads allowed before 4 players are in the squad.
- early squad not possible since there is the already mentioned script 3min.

Thats a lie Corvin and you know that. I have in the whole time beeing admin (over 3 years by now) never ever used my privilege for personal interest.
Since we have assetrule if you open the sqd its yours former with first come first serve it was your when you was the first i always stick to the rules mate!

Even more you can ask everyone, if you are with me in the CAS squad, btw feel free to join aswell and you want to fly i have no problems comparing to alot other pilots out there to say in case i loose the cas you can have the next one and we alternate!


Our policy was always like you realized right and will always be:

And i cant tell you that has never changed and will never because that is one of the main reasons we founded our community over 3 years ago!

All we expect on our Server is fair teamplay, mature behaviour, and following the rules!

What we wish and are working on but cant force it is more better teamwork, communication and coordination among the squads!

All right Rage but I haven't any buisness at using "racism card". I just showing me point of view, and how i felt - i just felt worse than german player. Many times German players communicating between themselves in german about not german-speaking players to admins - meant reporting players etc. and other players just had no chance to talk about problem - and that's not cool (i know that server's languages are english and german but in some cases, mostly if someone reporting someone there should be rule that he have to do it in English)
Probably other players would have other opinons than me and i am really don't care actually because i don't join your server and i haven't ban there. As i said, i was at teamspeak, asked some admin for help, he answered me but he did nothing against KSK guys - didn't even warn them etc. He exactly said that he will sort this problem and he didn't - but it was past, no offense to KSK or admins, it happend, it might happen everywhere.
And about CAS - just think about it how many times you were CAS squad maker at 4km maps. I just have in my mind that taking CAS squad is impossible when Rage is in the same team
When you had "no assets" rule we were asking you for CAS, and you were asking us for CAS. We were using it at turns etc. etc. and it was nice.
Last update made some problems, i enjoyed NEW server mostly because "first come first serve" rule and i hope this rule will come back someday

Even our fellow regular players have answered on your posts, doubting that the described situations there is to 100% correct. They aren't admins, why would they lie? The just care for the server.

I can't do much about that you may dislike our server for having german as one of the main languages, but stop complaining about it - it is even in the server name. I mean we also talk english if necessary, right?

Even if you feel to be treated unfair because you are a non german on a german server - sometimes feelings are cheating you. It just happens sometimes, that our admins don't notice reports, acting always to 100% correct, humans are not perfect at all. True. But our admins are not failing for "fun" or with the intenton of being racist. Definitely not.

From log You can clearly see that I did not lie even once - All chat "lying" messages was written by my pilot not my. Unfortunately BR has no chat so I didn't remember what he was writing 2 days ago. I cannot take responsibility for other people - even if its clan mate.

According to LOG's only person who should be banned is czeslaw333 and he should deal with this ban on his own.

I agree all in all. Allthough i think if you man an asset with someone else especially if its a clan mate you know exactly what he is doing and what he is up to so you always have a kind of responsibility to share. But ok as i said I agree all in all and you are right here.

This is something we cannot accept to be told about our Server because it is absoluteley not true as i pointed out couple of times. Its the exact opposite we are open minded to everyone no matter where he comes from! We only judge one by behaviour, fair teamplay and our rules!

So if you apologize for this being said and even better next time as soon as you feel discriminated you tell us immediately if necessary join our Teamspeak, we are complete fine and we will unban you.

Your "friend" stays banned of course until he is taking stand on it.

If you put things this way - if its really possible to find you on TS and talk to you about such things and you will react, than you can be sure that I'll do it next time.

Server Update:
We have a new maplist for the next two weeks, starting tomorow.
As soon as the server has enough players, we will continue the maplist from the latest played map of the evening before. Influenced by 3dAC, KSK and QRF.

Seeding: Server full:

A bit of general feedback since I've played on NEW after a looong time:

Admins: Usually fair and responsive although a bit too passive for my taste. By passive, I mean they address issues only when directly pointed at them, even while there is massive chaos going on the team. Promoting a bit self-initiative would greatly improve your image and probably solve many problems before they occur.

Gameplay: In general the gameplay is solid, most of the time average with sometimes well know and respected players joining. NEW members communicating a lot and trying to be polite to non-German players. That said, the server is still a haven for German players that don't give two cents about non native speaker, ignoring and/or insulting those in their tongue (luckily I know German and can make them blush by answering to their "kind" words). Not much you can do directly about it, I know but it's feedback.

One thing that makes NEW stand out in regards to other servers are still the massive stacking issues. No other server I know of, apart from PRTA sometimes, is as heavily plagued by team stacking as yours.

The stacked up teams are terrible, sometimes I think theres a [NEW] vs pubbies event going on..
Would not join again (unless its the only server left and Im not banned lol)

On a lighter note, minus the team balancing issues i've been having some really good rounds past couple nights. Much love Rag3 <3

Also i feel that NEW plays more often on the side that is OP, even if the team is already stacked.

Also the admins could be more responsive to !r reports.
