It isn't really something "new", but since so many people are complaining about it, I think it would be worth it to put it in there.

No. It won't be a one-hit kill, but the .303 that they are simulating will do more damage than the 7.62x39 round.

The Lee Enfield with optics will still be one-hit kill, I assume. They haven't mentioned changes to that version.
