Chuc gets the HAT kit in Silent Eagle.... its called his fists.

Chuc can shoot down BOTH the F-16 and A-10 with the Havoc.... At the same time.

When Chuc uses the sniper kit, people respect him. But he doesn't use the sniper... the pistol shoots faster.
