However at the minute this is not possible and so in order to avoid arguments we have created a clear definition of what is/what is not acceptable.

I'm assuming by this you mean their was 2 apc squads. The first had 5 and your's the 2nd had 4 people in it. From this assumption I think your first point is correct in that you each get 2 Apc's.

Okay I have a copy of the Chat log (If you want it PM me) and the people who warned you had no Admin rights for the server.
In this case, you had a 4man APC Squad, the other Squad was 5man When you departed from the base in Your APC's. Because of the size of the other Squad at the time of you leaving, they had no right to insist you return the Apc.
Another example of this could be if you had a Sniper Squad and where happy Sniping out on the Field while an Infantry squad, a Squad was then created called "Sniper." They would not have the right to ask you for this back.

I'm sorry to here of this Experience, like I've said i looked through the Chat log's and the people who where originally demanding the returning of the APC where not Admins. If you encounter a problem like this again, please feel free to visit our forums and make your case known.

I'm glad that you have the deceny to not try and cause an arugment, however in these cases, you do have the right to say something, as the assets where assigned to your squad.
