Anyone can join,clans,lonewolfs you name it you can join.

We will give out Moderator rights to any clans wanting to make this Teamspeak their home,you can make as many channels as you want,lock them so only your members can join the channels.
Invite as many of your members,guests you want.
You will need Moderator rights to make the channels permanent.


This also applies to new starting clans who havent got round to sorting their comms, you are more than welcome on there and make it your HQ by all means.

If you are requiring MOD rights on the server please give me or Hellraizer a pm on our forums MeRk Website Link or contact any member of MeRk and they will help you out.

As I said before there is no password to join the TS, You can make Temp channels but if you require them to stay you will need to contact us to make you a moderator.

Server update, we will be running 100 slots for a full week as a trial instead of our regular 82.

Any feedback would be appreciated on how the games happen on the server please.

Honestly one of the main reasons I play on MeRK is because of the 82 player standard, but I'll give it a go and see how things are although you might want to remove Asad Khal from the rotation, with 100p it just outright sucks; no manuevering, no tactics just an all out slugging match.

A rule about locked squads could be really useful. Merk is usually the only EU server up these days. And I have never seen so many locked squads on any server then now on MERK these days.

I had to join trans squad to do infantry...

Asad is perfect when we are initially seeding the server, but I get your point mate. If the server crashes and everyone rejoins, asad turns into COD PR I was there too mate and felt the pain.
The entire smirm round lasted a full 4 minutes, this has been noted mate and thank you for your feedback.

I agree too Mineral, 100 players makes it a pain in the arse to get everyone into squads, and then get them into the right squads, having a keep squads unlocked until say there is 6 in could be a good idea while we are running the trial. There is so much more on admin demands I have noticed too, I tried squad leading twice last night, but spent most of the time resigning people, asking them to merge squads, it also makes it hard to try to help the other team as I couldn't see their squad situation without swapping.
I'm going to post on our forums now to initiate the min 6 man in a squad mate, see how it goes.

Lets just say that TS gives you the option to speak privately.

Admin answer: You should have let him TK you so he would get kicked.

I'm sorry mister admin, but that is flawed logic.
He was stealing my asset, which i placed perfectly to fire upon an enemy squad, then drives away with it. I wasn't taking the chance that this guy would waste the rocket technical.


Sure you can say Teamkilling is never allowed, but i was doing the following math:

- Him TK-ing me + wasting/stealing asset
or
- Me TK-ing him, getting the techy back on the right position and saving a flag.

As you can see,our admin did his job perfectly. You were in the wrong to TK someone on our server. If you have a report,leave it to the admin to sort out,taking your own action by TK people will justify you being kicked.

I just watch BR too, fair enough he takes the rocket techie, he gets his warning,stops,turns around to return it. He drives up slowly to your position,was no where near aiming at you nor driving fast. You aim up then shoot him point blank.

So this-

I was on the hill just outside of the main.... i even got shot at from the point i was shooting from, so i was not in a invulnerable position. Last night...when i was playing on germany side, the techy was in the exact same position and no admin made any comment about that.

What i saw was a guy who was blocking the firing position of the rocket techy, who i told multiple times to get out of the vehicle.... then drives of with said vehicle. When he turned around, i had the impression he would use it to kill me. "drives up slowly to your position" wasn't what i saw. Maybe from the BR file it didn't look as bad, but that was I thought at that moment.
I didn't want to wait for the TK to happen, wait to respawn and MAYBE get the techy back in time in the firing position.

I made a call, you call it a bad call.... fine, but the insta kick?

I didn't TK out of spite, i made it because i didn't want the guy to waste the asset.

He said nothing on local, all he was doing on mumble was spamming music. Hence why i thought he was griefing.


I'm leaving it by this.... the TK would have never happened if the guy didn't steal the techy in the first place. As far as i know, this is my first intentional tk in PR, but i had my good reasons for it, and you think i didn't. A warning given the situation would be more appropriate than an instant kick.

The Admin was on the ball with the reports,christ have you ever seen any other admin give more attention to a situation that what you got?, he got you your vehical back pretty sharpish I might add too.
You took it onto your own back to intentionally TK someone on our server and you got kicked for it. Even when the admin took the appropriate actions needed to resolve the issue very efficiently and fast.

TBH mate it crashes the same amount as everyone else's server, it seems like it is more because it is up and running quite often.

Everyones PR server is crashing, but you notice it more on one server if you play there more than any other.

But we are working on stability issues too, so hopefully you will see a improvement.

Sorry I post this on this forum but I couldn't verify my account on your server's forums, just got a empty email.

Anyways.
Today I tried to join your server but it seems I have been banned for no reason. I haven't been waisting any assets or killed any teammates intentionally. There must have been a misunderstanding, cause I have played on your server for many years with good behavior.
