Are people still angry? Nice troll devs, quite skillful in the fact that initially people didn't seemed so pissed about it, but after time it began to swell up.

The devs are obviously being influenced by the players, we are a match made in heaven. Everyone is a troll!

I think the ultimate troll by the devs would be to confirm my suspicions that the changelog is nowhere near as big as it shows here (would make sense they'd censor it then so they dont' have to make up anything specific) and it's actually just the stuff that's actually been proven to exist like the GPMG and the weapon anims, the tank and the french :P

I'm pretty sure they have hidden some of the dev blogs and/or highlights as I can't find the specific thread with showed 3 or 4 images that kind of looked like this:

You sure? I think it had something to do with FOV and stuff. It showed 4:3, 16:9, 16:10 and other stuff. We'll see.

I think they are adding new roles:

KITS: Added GPMG to Brit, USMC, US Army, IDF and Canadian MG kits (chuc) 16551

KITS: Switched the PKM into the MG kit role (chuc) 16617

Replaced PKM with RPK (Axxxxs) on unconventional auto rifleman kits (chuc) 16617

right, sounds like there will be some kind of heavier machinegun kit alongside the common AR. So that would be 2 new roles with the more or less confirmed spotter kit. :)

Current MGs are quasi deployable anyway... if that system was imprlemented it would be implremented for all weapons with bipots, not just one MG...

:O that's genius, and actually having the pick up and place it would be really immersive IMO :D

Not immersive, it would feel like a damn HMG, having to nearly take apart the whole thing when moving. Idea of bipods is "instant" rest/support and still makes it avalible for rapid relocation. GPMG isnt far from that. Maybe it will have slower sight in times, but idea stays the same as LMG... i think. :D Who knows what devs are hiding...

It wouldn't be more immersive, because if you put it on window, soldier would float in air. If they will make animation is stance position, if you put it on ground, half of soldier will be underground.

lolwut? All you'd have to do is press G to pick it back up again? Unless you code it like one of the engineers mines that needs an equivalent of a wrench to get it back.

EDIT: Crossposted with mos, and yeah you're right, but if that could be fixed it would be awesome, such a shame :(
