I also didn't get any infractions long after my ban. I got banned for creating another account and suggesting fastropes. Dang it... I was so naive.

Since then, I have only been infracted for really stupid reasons

O'rite.. I thought that after 9 months we'd get mandatory 128, BMPs.. hell even thought there's a chance we'll get backup sights. But.. instead they forbid Soppa run 128 on release so haters wont hate, and added like 1 jeep and 0 maps if u count Wanda Shan (Ive never had crashing/FPS probs last release btw). BB PR.

disgusted with this "new version" took 9 months to bring out 1 awful new map with a 300m view distance, a bleed graphic that changes **** all you turned some INS maps into AAS that arent very good aka korengal hopefully the next real content doesnt take this long

What the hell guys? Get out of this thread if you're just gonna whine. This was a harmless fun thread. None of you complainers contributed anything to the mod. I see no supporting member tags, no R-anything tags - do you really need another "here's your refund" picture?

Dear god, the R-Devs aren't machines, and they won't put the 128 player stuff into the game before it's properly tested, luckily.

What, are you out of your mind, Shija Valley is one of, if not the most detailed map in PR currently. Yes it lags slightly but have you actually played it properly?

It took quite a while to release this version (even though time flew by, for me, due to RL keeping me busy at the moment), yes. But that's no need to directly insult - and you did no less with your choice of words - the developers who might have spent a relatively long time working on this version (especially with a few important devs not being available at the moment, such as Chuc) but certainly aren't lazy. There is absolutely no need to call the mod disgusting, its content awful or 'not real content'. It's seriously upsetting me, and if I was a developer I'd just have banned you for that. This is their forum, mind your manners or gtfo imo.

Excuse my choice of words, but this ungrateful BS we've been hearing in the past few days by a few people is seriously making me angry.

Attack choppers and the UAV are very underpowered. The UAV can only really see directly below where it is, I had the commander struggling to provide us intel when moving on Liujia Farms.

The same goes for the choppers, since they have to be much lower in order to effectively scan for targets.

Can't we just assume it's foggy and the limited view distance is thus perfectly realistic?

yes in the PR universe the polar ice caps have melted, and thus the entire world has turned into a sauna, thats also the reason why there are no snow maps

I love it for the infantry, it makes it hard for APC's and other vehicles to see you from far away. But honestly if not all facets of the battlefield are getting equal treatment then theres something wrong.

my comment on the new 0.96 patch is negative.
I do not want to start learning a new game.
I find great difficulty during the engagement, the frenzy and 'become high, seems to play call of duty.
If you do not return to the past, I doubt that I will continue 'to play PR, after so many years that I've seen better tailor the PR game ever created.

Sorry for the outburst but I am truly sorry about this patch.
I feel inadequate.

You only have a prob with the UAV when you deploy over the river because somehow it flies at a greater altitude and you cant see anything.

Thermals help but its very tiring to look at a black and white screen for 9-10 minutes.

Lol?...there are people willing to stop playing PR due to the drastic changes? What are those if by many this release is considered to have very little content?

It's a contradiction per se.

I'm going to be honest and say that I expected more, but by no means will I ***** about something that I'm not paying for. After much thought and playthrough, it runs way smoother now and Shijia is an amazing map. The new conquer mode with 2 flags is much better than the classic version for me. There are also a few new toys.

Be glad it's something, a major something.
