I haven't played in NEW. And I see some of english speaking people recommending it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't NEW a german speaking server? That is, lots of german chat in chat or mumble SL? If they speak German when I am around I simply ask them to speak English in Mumble SL and every time thus far people have started using English for comms instead. Same goes for local, you might have them speaking in German but if you start speaking English with them they speak it as well.

Your server choice is basically irrelevant so long as you can find a good, teamwork-oriented squad to play with, and most servers have at least one of them most of the time.

Now, I play on TG, I like TG, and I recommend TG, but that doesn't mean I still don't go and have a round on the NWA every once-in-a-while. Heck, I go on the HOG occasionally to practice SLing and screw around with an MP5 for a couple minutes. I wouldn't do that on most other servers. There's simply no right answer to what server is best, but there are a lot of good answers at the same time.

I'm just going to summarize with this: I'd try out TG, the NWA, and New Age Warfare first, but if you go and play on Hardcore or on any other server, that's cool too. Just have fun

I got permanently banned the other day on Karbala for calling out a squad of =]H[= players because 6 of them formed a squad named "KIOWA" and proceeded to take every HMMWV and a Logi into the city, lost all of them, and when the Kiowa spawned, they all raced to main to fly it, leaving everyone else to wait for vehicles to respawn.

this post was very childish in itself. 6 people couldn't possibly take every vehicle at start even if everybody else let them. idc what actually happened.

this is one of those times where the opinions of the minority are the ones you will hear the most. H server is always full for a reason.

Its nice to see the community in such a nice and joyful christmas spirit. Always thinking before posting, not flaming at all and the general feeling of everyone really trying to help each other out really made this a very special thread, It almost brings a tear to my eye.


Seriously though, recommending servers is fine but bringing in your own petty problems with servers and other communities is just asking for a flame war to happen. And all of the clowns trying to be funny with your useless posts; Think before posting.
