Just make PR 2142 as it already has drop pods the fast ropes of the future!

I'd like to see a full suite of D Day maps for PR Normandy before its left by the wayside. Carentan, St Mere Eglise, etc etc.

That would be nice. Also, I know it's not Normandy, but Market Garden would be good too :) .

PR could spread itself thin working on a myriad of side projects, or it could focus on finishing the really great main projects it's already got going...

PR: wild west.
lots of events or gamemodes from that. train heist or rob a bank? a deal breaker could be that there probably can't be horses :( they'd have to be a vehicle... and vehicles in bf2 probably dont make for good horses. but do you need them? TNT kit = win.

It's too difficult to make realitic locations maps without good 3D models. We don't have a single Normandy static, we use stuff from BGF, wich is the Russian Front. So for now you got to play on non-historical maps :o

Yeah Wintermaps like Barenz Invasion they exist and work.
Why are they not present in this release or in the next one?
