The turboprop? It's a placeholder for the Pucar?, which means a Pucar? will be introduced?

The Pucara was always part of the design plan since the A-1H proved quite a nice addition in testing, but that's a long way off yet. The A-1H has had a reskin since the open beta to have more of a Pucara camo but that has been seen around the forums before this pic.

I have no idea about aircrafts to be honest, but Rhino is always talking about UNDER YOUR NOSE. So I think he wants to point something out which is under the jet/aircrafts nose. This would be the front, when Im not totally mistaken. I only see something different on the Dagger, but I have no idea what it is or what it's purpose is :D
Dammit, I should stay with Infantry ;)

must be something in the cockpit, working throttle, joysitck, working meters on the dashboard maybe?

I guess drop tanks for planes are a new thing, so we have a refueling system for 1.0?

Though the tanks have been in the design plan for as long as it's been there right?
