Not necessarily only on mornings. For instance last monday - tuesday about 6pm no english server was active.
But maybe I just caught a bad time.

Just got of a few good games in HOG and CIA. The games were good but now at 11:15 CST there are about 90 people in 3 different servers playing. 90 People - IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. Out of 372 million proclaimed PC FPS gamers. So what that means is that of those 90 people playing you'll have some good gaming because they are mostly hard core PR.

its easier to connect to than teamspeak now mate easier to use the settings have been auto setup and if ure still a dinosaur go ts3 with all the oldfags.

seriously play a few rounds on A SUNDAY taical gamer is back up!

p.s. if ure thinking about bad bugs u may want to avoid all minimods for now

Majority of our players has basic english-speaking level.At least that's enough to communicate/cooperate with all foreigners on friendly side.
Not all of them, of course, but they try to provide teamplay even with non-native language speaking members.

That is yours opinion against mine.

I have such opinion, based on my personal experience since PR 0.3 on many-many servers, I've played on.
About 95% of them were European(majority) and American. 5% - Eastern Europe servers(such as russian, lithuanian, etc.)

Maybe with your experience, you've had some real troubles causing misunderstanding between players.Sometimes this happens too.But anyways that doesn't mean that such order of things is a rule.

i can vouche for this! after no usual english servers up i risked it and went on your server, well i managed to squad lead and we were top squad! only semi complex orders and above werent carried out to well but this wasnt due to any sort of stupidity just the way i give orders is not a traditional english always ^.^

oh and sorry for my bad english...it's my first language
