I was just gunna post a big long winded thing with a lot of big technichal words in it.... And yes, 3 round burst sucks. It was designed as a stop-gap solution to keep a halfway disciplined conscript army from wasting ammo and "shooting out" their barrels with spray and pray full-auto fire.
