P.S.: Question, why RUSFED faction soldiers have 3 different model meshes, with quite dissimiliar geometries?(it seems added chinese and mec original models). Whereas other conventional forces have single soldier mesh model just with different heads. This fact also added some extra work on texturing....
I may presume that it was done in order to show what a mess in uniforms was in ru army after USSR fall in 90s, everybody wore different clothes in chechnya conflict for example. But right now(actually a few years ago), with massive military funding everything is strictly standardized everybody wearing armor vests and a single type of uniforms. Isn't it hightime to ditch away, those two other models and leave only the one with the armor vest?

Sorry to dig up such an old thread, but maybe Russia could do with a bit of upkeep in PRHokunin wrote:with massive military funding everything is strictly standardized everybody wearing armor vests and a single type of uniforms. This is purely hypothetical, but in my opinion, the ideal situation would be to use updated camouflage and geometries depending on the map.
This would mean maps like Grozny could use the more 90's looking equipment, while contemporary maps could benefit from the updated gear.
Its worth some thought at the very least.
Edit: btw since when was Hokunin banned?

I would like to +1 this, this camp would be great even without updated geometries for the time being as the Russians have digital desert and as woodland has been in service since 2008 and wide spread since 2010 its been in long enough to be included imo[R-CON]Insanitypays wrote:Sorry to dig up such an old thread, but maybe Russia could do with a bit of upkeep in PR
