This is wat mine does when I try to make an account

For me the usual fix is to just these steps

1. Check for updates
2. Clear shader cache
3. Close the launcher
4. Reopen and launch the game

EDIT : fixed "clear cache" to "Clear shader cache"

I downloaded PR 1.3 Standalone few days ago. Tried to create new account and the same error pops out.
Didn't find any solution yet.

I have been getting this for four days now, I really really want to play. I tried asking reddit and no-one replied, I asked Curry and he redirected me here. I tried reinstaling and im still getting this. Please for the love of god help.





I am running Windows 10.

I really hope this will either be fixed in the next patch or someone finds a fix that doesn't translate to "Reinstall everything you ever had"

Fixed my version, had to restore the modem to factory settings there is a chance that the firewall of the modem itself blocked the signal.

I've been playing PR for a few months with an online account and no problems. A few days ago, the game worked. Now when I try to start it i get a 1004: Error connecting to server message. PRSPY shows everything working fine, and my launcher says it has the latest version of PR. If I try to join a server via PRSPY it says that it can;t find a direct "root" and that I need to reinstall PR? Is this just my problem? Or is there some sort of maintenance that no one was told about?

I am running windows 10.

Persistent problem back and forth between 1004 and 1322.

Same problem here, to me ando two firends. we whereplayin 30 minutes ago. ANd when we try to reload servers they didnt appear. Close to re-enter game and this error pop up.

Try all fixed mentioned, but nothing

Same problem played fine for a month and now I cant retrieve my old account(because I deleted it to see if that would help) and now I cant create a new one plz HELP

Hello. Today, there is a problem.



Prior to that, the game did not work at all. After installation, do not create a profile, and this window appears.



With an error Profile I, like, I understand. Now I'm worried about the error 1004 (10060) a decision which I, unfortunately, did not find.

Having the same problem here, start up, everything as usual and then with logging in I get the same notification as HAVOC above here posted (launch error - 1004: Error connecting to server. (10060)).

I played all night last night. And now I'm receiving the error below:

"1004:Error connecting to server (10060)"

Please tell me how to fix this.

Same here. Win 7. Checked for updates, says I'm running the latest version. Deleted all profiles & when I try to retrieve any of them to log in it repeats the same error message "1004 Error connecting to server 10060"

No clue maybe the main server is down?

Hi guys, I have a PR account and am running on Windows 10 with the launcher fully updated using the offline account method but even with that when I try to log in or even create a new account, I still receive the 1004 error. Am I missing something? Is Windows 10 not compatible with PR? I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling but to no avail. Please help!

(My anti-virus is disabled ATM but even so, I have made the proper exceptions for PR and it has worked in the past on my copy of Windows 7)

Its probably just the master servers or what ever its called Getting the same problem.
