I miss being able to park a spawn car inside USMC main, spawn with RPGs and preemptively end the A-10 and Cobra threats while they still were on the ground.

Which version? I remember the most players we ever had was during .5 and .973.

.97 and .98 had some limited 200p testings for a while. And also many 128 tests on public servers.

I remember 300 players on Wicca's test map. That was crazy, as no one could move.

They were still fun and I wish there were a way to bring them back
Would like to see them brought back as a special kit, just 1 kit with 1 molotov,

Molotovs could work as an area denial weapon. Like teargas ala BF2:Special Forces expansion pack.

Molotov ain't there anymore and the SA-7 isn't the portable tactical nuke it used to be.

The times were Sapper kits were cool. I remember the 80% of the iraqi insurgent team on fallujah being sapper: Mines and IEDs everywhere. The other 20% were civies. Also when the IEDs were nearly as strong as an arty IED is now.

Insurgency used to be fun for insurgents...

Possibly, haven't looked into those yet, but I probably wouldn't remember anyways. Some years have passed and I have bad memory.

Those pipebomb IEDs were aweseome. Two trigger groups and small, controllable explosions. Miss them a lot but at least the devs brought the arty back.

I don't know if it's still there, but I haven't seen the M60 Easter egg on barracuda in a while. Was that cut?

Lol I used to have so much fun with that!! Tobi-the-fraggel, timtherifleman and I once had a squad specifically dedicated to building c4 landrovers on Falklands and blowing up everything! It was so much fun.

Falklands wasn't even that long ago, also worth mentioning that guys who do this with conventional factions are douchebags (dropping C4 on your own trans is not only trolling your team but also wasting tickets, INS factions I can stomach the exploit).
