Im guessing the new spawn thing is that you remove all flag spawn points exept base, and have only mobile Spawnpoints. Am I close?

close, but not quite all of it ;)

and as noted .. some of the changes in v0.5 and some more in v0.6.

Hmm.. So first you will leave a couple of spawns, THEN remove the statics completley ;) Im guessing some sort of para spawn aswell ;)

First guess was closer ;)

Still working through some issues with the v0.5 stuff.

And the v0.6 stuff.... euhhh... well... still in design stages, but uh.. while logical and obvious, probably not something you will guess.

But keep trying :D

I will only answer yes or no to the guesses :p

1.SL and regular soldiers can only see their squadmates in the map?
And only the commander see the whole situation.

2.Friendly tags are show only really friggin close, like 20m?

3.Team kill message is only shown to the killed?

4.The info from spotted is reduced. The little triangle what shows where the enemy is looking at is removed.

5. There are grids in the map?

6. There is no minimap? PLZ! :)

7. PR is the best mod for bf2?

i hope 1. is wrong because you should be able to see friendly vehicles as well as blown bridges and such(check the quoute and the link). the system the U.S. uses is Blue Force Tracking.
“If there were unexploded ordinance, an NBC [nuclear, biological or chemical] hazard, or a bridge or whatever, you could put that into a message and send it and an actual icon shows up on everyone’s map to say there’s a bridge out there or there’s an enemy threat position there or there’s a NBC hazard there. Sooner please, that M4 noob-gun (aka star wars lazer rifle) is gettin on my nerves. I'm not demanding, I'm begging, pretty please. That one rifle is starting to ruin the game. I played a round earlier and almost every single player on US side was using the M4. That's about 25 to 30 guys running around with a freakin lazer rifle. 3 shots in full auto and one ragged hole. It's hard to do that with a bench rest rifle. I'd even settle for a hot fix.

Keep up the great work on the mod fellas. I hope you guys win MOD of the year :)

Errr, well my game is like that anyway. The triangle is ALWAYS pointing north, if they are looking that way or not. The same is with dead people on your team, they tend to look north.

I want the map and minimap to only show teamates within a certain radius of your position. In other words, if your on one side of the map, someone else is on the other side, you wont be able to see him unless you get within range.

Well then scratch my idea and do this.

Which is what you posted. :P So the map updates the team's positions every 30 seconds - until then everything is frozen I am guessing?

that would be nice! And much more realistic.

And it would be realistic that only us and gb had the minimap, because they are the only elite army with superior technology.

So, for us and gb=minimap with 30s delay.

And for pla and mec= no minimap or minimap with 2min delay.
