Updated HAT (unguided version) to use the same deviation as LAT.

Wow that's a lot of fixes. I actually like that you first focused on the fixes before releasing new content.
One thing that bothers me though is that the new Mi8/Mi17 models that were supposed to be added a long time ago kinda disappeared?

It was very much on the way to being ready but there were a couple of issues that kept it back, mostly visual afaik but also LODs and things I think, it was at the point of being added to maps and the issues were realised iirc.
Would have been nice to have it ready, but other things took priority since there's a ok looking appropriate model being used ingame

Currently we have the Scimitar and Scorpion both classified as an IFV in code, but you cant get kits from them as they are not really a APC like others. This change will make those two no longer support rally points to stay permanent.
