I am sharing about my gaming experience, where when I was playing on your server I experienced admin abuse and bias, which is backed up by information I provided on your forums. I was then banned from your forums for exposing this "closed information", which is clear to everyone else that it's just you trying to cover up the fact your admin team lied blatantly based on who I am.
My report started out as backseat admining, which was pointed out by Sloan. I made so many reports on players breaking your rules in-game, to which none of them were dealt with. I then reported this on your forums, caught you lying about it and exposed it, which then you are still trying to cover up.
So basically, this all stems down to gameplay experience on your server, so therefore it is relevant to this thread.

His server feedback is the admins are biased and that reflects to the game play on the server.
I think the way Hulsey is reporting it, makes it look personal, but his claims are legit. He's reporting people and receiving bias. Then when negligent admins fail to take care of the problems he reports them. Tobi, we've tried reporting admins on the PRTA forums and it doesn't work trust me we know. It always turns out the same nothing comes of it. A server is only as good as the people who admin on it. So here he is letting everyone know.
Now I do agree his post above was a bit extreme and he should not have posted that sensitive info here. I believe is a valid reason to post here. He's letting people know what the admin team is really like, if thats not feedback I dont know what is.

This is not the forum to talk about it. Don't you get it?
We will not discuss inter admin discussions on our public forum and ofc not here as well.
You just act on our servers as if you know everything better and as if we are doing everything wrong and your are having a lot of stamina, I have to admit that, but you actually are trying nothing else then to bring us down and we will just not tolerate this anymore. Even the admin that gave you the information did that in an attempt to calm you down and to make clear that you can't act like this without expecting to get a reaction. It wasn't very wise to do that as we see now as you again use this information against us.
This is not a discussion. This is you trying everything humanly possible to make us look bad and I am just out of words for this. Just don't play on our servers if you don't like them.

Don't worry, you won't see me on your server again. I'm just sharing my experience of your server with the rest of the community, sorry if you don't like it but this is what your admins have escalated it to

Just got temp banned for posting a single line in chat, no warning, no reason given. I was not spamming chat, I didn't write anything in all chat for the last ~20 minutes if I recall correctly. The line was something along the lines of the following:
"If you insist on playing insurgency, can we get at least one of the non-desert cancer versions?"
Apparently stating my dislike against map choices is on the same level as mass teamkilling in main. I also appreciate that since the !admins command is disabled I have no way of even guessing who the ban came from. Great server, 10/10 would get banned again.

It's incredibly frustrating that the !admins command is not enabled on your server. I can't see which admins are online.
I was told by Geekius that it's supposedly broken, but I have not heard of this before; nor have any other servers removed its use on their servers.
Is that the only reason for its removal?

I was told it was removed so people couldn't see that there are no admins online and then grief.

If that's the case the server shouldn't be running without admins - an adminless server's problems aren't limited to potential griefers.

Thats the reason. We do actually have admins now online almost all the time now. However !admins doesn't show up Prism users. A lot of the time we have users on Prism and not in the server. So tbh... its irrelevant if !admins works or not.
Use !r to get hold of us... if we don't respond post on our forums with the issue.
-----
Also !admins shows our admins with switch powers only. We have a lot of these so !admins is again useless.

If people run !admins, see none and then greif they'll get what's coming fairly quick from a prism user. No other server I've ever heard of, even before the days of prism, ever decided to solve such a problem in this way.
When it was up, a Canadian-based server used to have a small script to count teamkills from the logs, so when admins woke up they could really easily find the people with 20 TKs in one round and perma them. No ideal, but it worked better than doing nothing.
Since changing this command. has your server experienced a noticeable decline in people trying to grief?

Yeah the team has... no proof of course but people who use to mess about a lot don't as much now. We seem to be the first server to try this. It has no negative effect on the game play of the server which is the main reason. If people want to moan about not been able to use a certain command then thats their problem. They are public commands because the server owners allow them to be. Think a lot of people don't realise that.
But as I said... we now actually have admins on pretty much all the time now. And !admins shows those who only have switch rights. We use to get a lot of complaints about admins not responding to reports and we had to explain that they were not admins.

Is it not better to catch people who grief when they think there are no admins on so that they can be removed from the community?
IMO, if they grief, they are grieferes, regardless if there were admins on or not. They don't promote teamwork and aren't welcomed by the greater community of project reality.

Just more work. I rather just play the game with no issue them have to deal with them. (Except for extreme conditions )

You should re-enable the !admins command just for the sake of transparency- When I get warned by an online admin I want to at least know who he is etc so that I can contact him.
And yes, this is despite PRISM and switchright-admins being in place.

You beautiful yous.... I had a great time the 2 times I hopped on your server this week, keep it up, this is a BLAST!
As a side note, reading 1 post up, is there a particular reason we can't see who is an admin on your server? It would be nice to know

I no longer run this server and should not serve as its OP. Could someone please lock this and allow the PRTA Management to create a new thread?
