"It means something can be used only in certain situations, and not all the time". I'm assuming you're talking about situational awareness. Yes, it should only be used in certain situations, and it's also about where you place the smoke. This requires situational awareness. The standard of PR medics today is to throw a smoke somewhat close to the body (regardless of where the person got shot from), don't let it deploy properly, don't say a word to the guy you're about to revive, and when you finally get him up you might as well just stay hidden in that poorly placed smoke and heal up there.
It's easy, especially if you don't care whether or not the person you're getting up, or yourself, survive - but it's not the way it should be done.
You must have bag full of smokes

I'd say AA kit is the hardest since people really struggle to aim and shoot down that CAS then they complain on forums that CAS is OP when it's nerfed to oblivion.

Nah... being Squad Leader is the hardest thing you can do

Once people realise you need to shoot in front of something moving, and not directly on it....

AA will become much more efficient

Sniper is another one, you don't have a good presence if you are not using tactics more effectively across the whole map. A good example of that is PR-snipers always get the idea to sit in one spot on the map.
Snipers never sit only on 1 spot... if he does, then he is noob, because you will not help team by sitting in one spot all the time

Well shit, I almost always choose medic just because nobody else ever will, and I am not exactly great at the game. All this talk about how it is the most complex, hard to play class is making me feel like I am doing something horribly wrong. All I do is follow at the back end of the squad, get people up who are shouting to be revived, and lament the fact that nobody else ever wants to use the medic kit!

If you sit in the one spot for the entire round you deserve to be shot. Like also, NEVER go into the most obvious spots. Tip: The crane on Muttrah is not a good spot.
I guess their logic of the enemies logic: "I heard a sniper shot, nah he's not on that massive yellow crane."

Half the time you have some Sniper wannabe sitting up on the crane, or up in the hills advertising his location to the whole team.

I had one moron try to tell me the crane was the best spot, I was trying to be civil and NOT kick him from my squad just based on that, but it was hard.

That is why I was saying the role is another that requires more thought and tactics to do effectively.
I rarely see snipers in game, probably because deployment has so stupid rules, of having some players in squad, to unlock kit...

To hell with snipers i sucked at PR for a long time then i started to get better despite the lag, etc. But then one day my squad leader asked me to take a marksman kit and wow, best scores on the board and a 25-30 kill streak to top it off, all while still not being an El1te sniper ghost warrior and actually sticking with my squad and helping out the team.

an unfortunate use of the kit by which I originally based my name

medic is a sacred role, you must impose yourself upon ut

So...some dude is yelling for medic

tell him to STFU

either you are coming, or you will be coming after your next revive

"HOLD ON, MEDIC ON THE WAY, BE QUIET"

get on in order of priority

0) (ZERO CHANCE, people dying or medicable in irrecoverable situations)) - I.E. DON'T TRY THEY ARE ALREADY DEAD

1) people dying soon who are in cover

2)people dying later anywhere (Throw smoke, perhaps heal someone in meantime)

3) People not dying, just need healing

4) odds and ends

YOU are the medic, YOU decide, YOU triage, if THEY don't like it, THEY suck it

It would be useless, cuz you can't have medics everywhere, and vehicles are rarely used by medics

So did he get the milsims or what?
