I'm amateur modeller myself, but here what I can say:
Image

Would be good to see the model in sketchfab or something to see the model in detail with wires

The next steps would be:
- UVW unwrapping.
- painting textures
- modelling LODs (level of details). Making the simpler versions of the original model.
- modelling wreck mesh and its LODs
- sending files to DEVs for import

Hokunin's suggestions are good one but one thing I would suggest different is to weld that shield around the bottom left hatch as well even thou it won't zfight that much, but more because it won't cost many extra tris to do and it's worth it to stop any zfighting.

Thank you, I will try to get the model on sketchfab after I get those things welded. The reason I have my cylinders with triangle caps instead of an ngon is because I thought the export for game automatically triangulates everything, but if that's not needed, I will go back and change the other cylinders as well to have an ngon cap.

It's going a bit slow since it seems like I really don't enjoy playing PR:WW2, but I finally got around to finishing up the welding. Here is a sketchfab: https://skfb.ly/6WnAw

One thing I'm not very sure about is whether some parts will be better off as ngons, what I mean is parts like these that don't really do anything to define the shape, but are there to dissolve ngons.

If I can remove those edges, does that also mean that I can remove these and only keep 1 so that the smaller object is connected to the turret.

I just noticed there is only hole for MG in turret but there is not for the optics on the other side.

Also if it's Panther Ausf G then it should have "chin" like on picture. Otherwise it's Ausf A.

Yep, that is a planned edit as well as adding some minor details if the tri count allows it.
