Round starts
Choose whether you hate Air or Ground more
Choose respective anti-air/ground kit based on decision at main flag/APC
Just stay alive until you see said air/ground unit - take it out using a little thought. Even scaring off the Air power with the AA is good enough, or making the MBT retreat for repairs will be good enough. Do it enough and they won't come back and you've just cleared an area of MBT/Air threat.

These kits should be more of a "4 lyf" kit rather than the pop and drop kits they are right now.

Playing H-AT imo is really fun, it's basically anti-everything. Especially at the Anti-Sniper role. You know how they love cranes and tall buildings...i'd be more than happy to play it the whole round if i had a decent ammo supply.

And huleboeren that was uncalled for.
lol, whats so hard about "3421" in my name?? And its just AC by the way. I put the numbers because I use them in alot of my SN on websites and such.

Anyways back on topic

As of right now, its pretty damn hard to keep an APC within a reasonable distance with idiots who dont listen to you in squads or look at the text chat telling them to "STOP SO WE CAN REQUEST/GET OUT" They just dont listen right now as it is. Hopefully this is just because so many people playing regularly now are brand new.

Thank god for no more H-AT's from Rally Points. Even though tanks are a LOT deadlier now, I still never feared them. If they killed me, I just spawned at my squad's R.P. and request Heavy AT, engage the tank and thats it. - Cheap.

Now SLs have to anticipate armor advance and request supply crates ahead of time or at least call in an APC for any armored threats they may encounter. High five!

seeing as it takes 2 light AT to down an apc, i dont think faluuja is gonna be any more unblanced after this than it is already.

Yea, APCs are really weak, I don't see why everyone is complaining.

The only thing I have against APCs is that their rounds should be puncturing through stuff they are currently not. I realize devs have done a good job so far with what the APCs can punch through, but I think the list needs to be added for APC and tank HE rounds.

The Fallujah map should get mapper rally points, so you can request any kit besides the HeavyAT/AA kit and the vehicles kits.

Not on any 'public' maps yet, but still needs to be worked on, so then it can be.

'[R-DEV wrote:fuzzhead']Couldnt have said it better myself, mekstizzle.

Heavy AT and AA kit can still be requested from: Supply crate, APC and Mainbase.

I dont know about you guys, but have you TRIED to play in a tank lately???? Anyone with half a brain can take out a tank like it was no big thang, and the tank is helpless. Sure you can kill one HAT gunner, maybe two, but they will keep coming at you, More and more, until eventually one of them gets you. Heavy AT is a devastating kit right now. When I have the heavy AT kit, on a map like EJOD for example, its not uncommon for me to get 60-90 kills and under 5 deaths. Its that easy. It should require a bit more skill, and we are making changes to deal with this.

Thanks for the re-wording AMT.
What happens on Fallujah when you play the MEC side? With no supply crate, not only can you not request AT, but no squadleaders can get officer kits. Even with a commander doesn't it seem a bit ridiculous that the entire team would have to wait for that stupid box to fall until they can request anything?

  1. I'm sorry if I missed this in the list, but one "bug" that really annoys me is when I cannot request a kit after a new map loads because I got a kit in the previous map - i.e the timer carries over.
  2. The m16 seems to have been nerfed - I know this weapon really well from RL and I don't remember it having so much recoil unless I was shooting without proper support, i.e a hand under the barrel and the butt tucked in tight, etc.
  3. If there is a way - please insta-kill noob pilots who crash a whole squad... This 1 really ticks me off. If you can't land the thing then don't play pilot. :-x
  4. I have spawned 100m+ above the carrier in Muttrah City a couple of times. If this cannot be fixed then give me a parachute or bungee cord...
  5. Insta-kill noob pilots
Otherwise these changes will probably all be for the better. Thanks for the
all the hard work. And please - this ain't no mini-mod!!! EA can actually learn from the amazing work done here.

As if the MEC wasnt overpowered enough on Fallujah Region.
The US almost never get through the canyon, it takes a lot of teamwork. And by the time they captured, its already too late for them to win the battle.

Plenty of maps are unbalanced. Fallujah is just one of a handful. What I'm saying though, is that the system was put in place for a reason. More teamwork. It just seems silly that the MEC have to spawn at Mosque to get anything, unless they have a commander. Good luck on getting a commander. Then you have to find the stupid box.
