LOL. Very true. Someone needs to tell these CS players that new games have come out since 1999.

its funny, because i think there are waaayyy more cheaters than we know about. i mean, look how many people the community has caught in pr alone. imagine the numbers in vanilla bf2, where no one really checks. cheating is one of the main reasons why my team has stopped serious competition in bf2. the challenge is gone for us, because we never know when someone is really good or if theyre cheating (thats not the only reason, believe me. you can pick any of the other 100+ reasons vbf2 sucks). this is because ea has created the perfect environment for cheaters -- inconsistent bullets (in vbf2, you shoot someone in the head, and the bullets "hit" but dont do damage), nades for everyone, UAV (the ea-supplied hack), and, most of all, NO FIRST PERSON DEMOS (maybe the dumbest thing ive ever heard of).

most of these dont apply to pr, which is kind of the point, because its probably why these morons keep getting caught. personally, i'd like to see pr come out with its own cheat proof program like in ut99. punkbuster just doesnt get the job done. also, i think that if more than one member of a clan gets caught cheating, the entire clan should be banned. zero tolerance. hoc has never housed a cheater in the 2 years ive been in the clan (and probably before that too). we have a screening process. we dont just take anyone who puts in an app. i'd hate for pr to get ruined like bf2 did (well, bf2 had quite a bit of help from ea, but still).

and cs sucked in 1999, and sucks 8 years later as well lol. in my opinion at least. i have a lot of friends that still play cs for some unknown reason. ut99 was much better. i'd still play that game if it could run on my system.

LOL. Seriously. The amount of features BF2 is missing that were available in quake3 and it's mods it ridiculous.

no but Putfile keeps the quality alot better than youtube.

The ***********.com BF2 hackers have some programming skill at their disposal. Assembly language programmers are very adept. I wouldn't want to further the rumour that the BF2 gaming hacks are themselves being used to hack into the hacker's computers, but it is an interesting concept. I have seen it on a forum somewhere.

What does this mean?

like in Half Life and mods when you take a demo you can watch it through the players eyes to get a better view of wether he is cheating (aimbot spins, tracking through walls, shooting at things which are not visible through ingame fog for instance)

There are no demos like in CS (first person).
You can only get the BR demos, but it's hard to recognize cheats there.

and, those are cheats, there is a program you can get that lets you see everybody on the other team, what gun they have, and there health, i dont remember what it is called but iv seen it before, what a ****** bag
