I remember seeing a diagram of fatal areas for a cobra from RPG fire.

Pretty much every area bar one (can't remember which bit exactly) would mean at least a crash landing.

omg, nooooo, not the old "the RPG has to arm itself" defense. I guess you forgot to tell these guys that the RPG has to "Arm Itself" BEFORE it blows up 10m in front of them....

However more recently I have gotten a weird bug where I won't even get the *Beep, beep, LOCK* and it will just go *LOCK* and I'll get hit, no "Beeps" at all. Kind of irritating to be nailed by AA without having a chance to evade it.
You mean realistic?

I had a nice AA round last night with a squad of 3 - 2 AA and suply SL.
It was nice round, but hitting and killing heloes and A-10 was very hard. It is easier to kill A-10 than a Cobra just because the fly higher and don't try to hide them selves. Our squad shot down about 5-7 heloes and 4-5 A-10s, it is best when AA works in a team not separately as indivuduals.
It was iritating to lock a helo just to see his flares, then try to lock again, and the helo is behind a building or flew away.
The only helo kills we did was on these Cobras that wanter to find and kills us, instead changing their position to safety AA zones.
