Isn't that what autobalace is for, right?
If it's on you can only switch if there is a one player difference, so you avoid mass teamswitching as seen in the screenshots.

teams get evened out eventually yes but the same homos stay on US 24/7 and poor buggers are forced to play insurgent whether they like it or not.

Alright, first of all that is bullshit. I have been in plenty of squads on devfile as insurgent that use VOIP.
Second of all, let's stop complaining about the uneven teams and take advantage of it. Make it unplayable for the guys who play as US by setting up massive rocket attacks on their choppers and the A-10.
I know teamswitching is a pain in the ***, but we can't just change the jackasses that do it, we can just piss them off.

The thing with autobalance is that people wait there turns on insurgent to play, some idiot decides he wants to play USMC again and switches, the guy who waited his turn then gets switched to insurgent again :/
AUTOBALANCE IS ON! It takes like 10 minutes to work its crappy

Teamswitching is bad because it hurts the people who wait their turn to play one side, and then don't get to.
It's selfish. Regardless of which side on which map you do it for, it will make someone else switch, someone who most likely didn't want to, and that's bullshit.

LMAO. Yeah, that would be a great excuse, except that myself and Garabaldi always use VOIP, and you seemed to have no problem being on our team when we were USMC.
