Maybe they'll have captured US/GB/MEC(?) things?

This would represent a force that has fought the respective army (or cleaned up behind the MEC), survived, and has either repelled them or moved into a better location.

I am thinking things like bandages, or maybe a "heavy medic" with a defibrillator (limit of 2?) Perhaps they'll have US/GB style "pickup kits" similar to what they have in Al Basra for the insurgents? Pick up the M249 or AT4?

Heh, if you guys look very closely on the screenshots for Assault on Mestia, you can see a player model for the militia...

Well, maybe Militia could be revived, but you'd need a GB Medic kit to get the defribilators..
