BF2 vanilla and POE2 both suck. There just arcady games and no teamwork...That ruins the fun out of the game and just makes it a stat whore game.

Hey, BF2142 has sway in aiming and it got rid of insta-prone, so thats why its good for me, vBF2142>vBF2. Of course, PR BF2>vBF2142 and vBF2. Sorry, but you can't beat realistic modern combat.'[R-PUB wrote:GeZe']uh oh, get ready for the PR community reaction....

I downloaded and only played since 0.4
I came on and considering I was great at the Vanilla Game thought Wow I’m **** at this but it was not that I was a poor player I just had to adjust from Rambo Mode as you get taken down real quick.
You have to change your mind set for this and once you do its great.
I slowly move with my team and cover.
Plus I was sick of shooting and hitting players twenty times on Vanilla and seeing them run off.
Once you see a Heli-drop and five guys battle it on a street to join you –Fantastic.
Roll on 0.6

I played all the big MODS for BF2 , PoE2 , OPK , Allied Intent 2 , and so on and on.... but i must say that PR a Mod is with Complete other Gameplay an tactics wich i really like ! I wich you the best for the Futute to all the Modders and Testers keep doing your Job well.

Just wanna say a few things:
PR is absolutely fantastic.
I think POE2 is great too.
I think it's entirely up to the server to designate the level of teamplay to be found amongst the players, regardless of the mod they're playing (i.e. TG servers are great for teamplay, be it POE2 or PR.)
And lastly, the general tone here is slightly odd... the last post I saw on the POE forum that gave the merest hint of anti-PRness was slammed by the mods, and fast. I'm sure there are contrary examples, but I thought the point was kind of "mutual support."
Anyway, great work to the the PR guys. I hope to spend a lot more time playing yer mod...

Basically, everything revolves around the quality of the community. If this community went over to vBF2, the teamplay would be equally great, only less realistic.
That being said, we shouldn't move back. We'd have noobs spamming the EA forums to dumb down BF2 (yet again) because of us mopping the streets of Karkand with all of them. We would also have the Animal Cruelty Police called on to us for killing and torturing a lot of vBF2 bunnies.
