But it doesn'tlook like practice to me. More like he was thrown out!

okay, i wont say its out of the ordinary. soldiers jump from helos all the time therefore everyone in PR should get parachutes and be able to jump out whenever they want whereever they want because it is extremely commonplace for military unites to perform jumps from helos operating way above their normal, woops, operating at very high altitudes which does not make them in anyway easy targets for enemy SAMs or aircraft operating in that area.

i by no means meant to say everyone should have parachutes, i think only spec ops should get them and MAYBE sniper maybe, other than that they shouldnt have them unless the map is that of an airborne unit

that picture was simply to prove a point that it does happen

haha beck that wasnt directed at you, i know it happens. my only point is that its not something thats normally used. for PRMM, only spec ops should get them, but in PR, only maps with airborne units (or a unit that commonly uses helo paradrops should be given chutes.
