Could someone please explain how do you get the dual uzi config? i didn't understand. Is this just a weapon laying on the battlefield you have to find and switch kits to get?

This makes me sad

, I thought the molotovs were supposed to stick to vehicles to simulate a bottle shattering on them and assumed the DEVs made this neat feature on purpose.
