i run in 1280*1024 rez. and i do export in dxt5 but my pphotoshop. "photoshop elements 3.0 doesnt show any channels so i have no idea how to make my alpha chanels now.

You should get Photoshop cs3, but very expensive :cry:

That's how i make them, dunno how Spush and Spartan do theirs. That's for players though, i don't have one for weapons yet.

Yeah Spartan and I start like from Scratch, well no we start by using like the

soldiers > us > textures > us_3p_heavy_b_os.dds

Rambo Hunter , please , reskin L86A1 . This thing hurts my eyes ... green plastic looks like it was made for chinese BB gun , scope is grey instead of black ...

Holy, man I love your Weapon skins more then the player skins XD, great job on them.. its just gonna make me cry because its soo soo beatiful :cry:

the dragunov got a new skin in PR 0.6 so it is not neccesary, but the l85a looks awsome

IRL SA80 plastic's colour is something medium between dark green and dark grey . I'd say it's too green , but it looks so awesome :smile:
Though I've asked you to reskin L86A1 , not L85A2 ... please do the same with LSW ...

Chances are the L86 will be replaced with a variant of the L85A2's model/skin sometime from v0.7 or after. So most of your hopes are reprieved.

Now Rambo Hunter, I must say that I like most of your recolors, but not the L85A2. Vaiski didn't leave much to improve on - he did the grungey look very well - you grunging it up even more makes it just look much much worse. However, the rest of your recolors are pretty cool. You should rename the thread title as well to Recolors - you don't have the source maps and haven't started from scratch so by definition that's the term you should use.
