Indeed. Everything looks slow these days (well the A10 and such are slow, so its fair for them) but yeah, stuff like the F22, F35, Typhoon (granted, it looks alot faster than the Yanqui stuff, but it still looks "slow") and whatnot just look so... static. I know they're fast, but they don't look the part. Which is sad. Practical, but sad.

Um, I will withhold my air tactics until there are functining aircraft to make tactics with. Everything is so mixed up right now that vanilla almost made sense.

But yeah a GBU-12 can seriously ruin your day.

yah i figured it'd be an implant of the lock box, but having it track would be difficult.

maybe you should just have the lock box hold for an over the horizon ballistic missle deployable commander asset, and i'll just ride ontop.

Damn if could defo get a Su-37 then the MEC would become a Very Serious Threat to the US as those things dont need Chaff or Flares to Evade Missiles cause of how fast it can turn. My Tactic when im Using a Ground attack aircraft is too Always Dive down on the AAA/Linebacker at a Almost 90 Degrees and Rape its Topside with Gun. As for LBs they have no Armour so just shoot em with the Gun and youl probably kill the Poor Pilot

Also i say F-22 Sucks!

the only pilots I respect are choper ones ... because they actually do something to support ground troops , espessially transport chopers - of cource if flown by skilled pilots .
Jets ... c'mon , they are useless when you're a troop ... when needed , they never come ; atleast they engage enemy jets , thanks for that... but there are loads of retards that fly all the round and 'magicaly' do not 'meet' A10 that is raping the whole team on the ground ...

I like Helo's better specially the littlebird with miniguns *drools*

i love jets too... i have at least 400 flying-hours in Falcon 4.0 and some 100 in Lock On... I don't fly jets much in PR though.. like to be on the ground or maybe in a chopper of sorts.. but when on the ground it's nothing sexier to me than a jet coming in to wreak havoc to the enemy position (especially with the new speeds in 0.6) as soon as you see it, it's gone.. Keep on flying boys and girls!

Dont worry, those who dont use jets to support the team will be widdled out in good time.

Myself, I eagerly await the day when squads actually ask for my help! It's happened once or twice. But the harsh reality is, it's hard to spot out troops and armour on the ground in a plane. It's possible, just takes a bit of practice.

Give me a location, and I'll harass it. And there's about 50 other players out there who are the same. Harsh reality is there is about 400 who wont! hehe

Nothing better than a infantry squad that calls in air support. It`s so cool when they jump out of their holes and dance on the street because you killed the tank they were hiding for the last couple of minutes...
