its good that the kick is on for words like noob , because it all starts with:

"ur a noob"
"no ur a noob"
"well ur a wanker"

and as u can see it may start with noob , but normally ends in personal and angry attacks on people. unless its something friendly don't say anything at all

also , "fuck" can be used in a non aggressive way, e.g: "ahhh fuck , i keep getting killed"
but noob is more likely to be aimed at some one else.
