-I've done this a few times but I usually see the ragdoll fly around when I kill them, that's confirmation enough. The only thing I use the scoreboard for is checking who's squadless if I need to invite people.

HahaHA! I caught you! AFAIK, you can't bind your tab key to anything BUT scoreboard.

i'd rather se the scoreboard only at the end, and yes the tab is simply too hard to resist

I actually feel sorry for all you guys checking your kills via the scoreboard. I never do it (don't call me a liar either or I will give you a big e-*****-slap :razz Seriously though I don't and haven't since the kill messages have been removed. You guys are missing out on the tension it creates and the awarness you have to keep by not knowing 100% if you cleared an area. I'm shocked by how many people are checking; for shame.

And yes, I'm quilty. But only in the middle of a gunfight or in the hills. Otherwise I'll use the binoculars to check if he is dead.

I'm a KDR whore, I do it, but I want the scoreboard removed while the game is in progress.

Chat text should be optional too, like a command line that turns it off.

You still can't know if an area is clear. Basically the main time I use it is if I'm trying to snipe at someone far away with a non-sniper gun, cuz you can't see if you kill them or not, or at least it's very difficult.

agreed it should have been removed long ago... hopefully for v0.7

hmmm not sure my self i use it as do my admins, if other clan guys come in server and want swopping over to there clan then its easy plus sortin squads out as in get the right guys in the right squad and it helps police a server you can see -points , how many admins get told some one is tk ing them first thing you do is look at that for the - score , id like it out but need some thing there to help ,you cant keep dropping screen to go to bf2cc to see wots going on

i dont look at it to confirm a kill. but after a while just to see how many kills i have and whatnot.

I only use it to check my kdr and score when I'm waiting to respawn. Other than that I'm usually to focused the game to check.

Why? You could set your minimap to become invisible if you want. Why make it any harder for people who are new to a map by making them constantly press Caps Lock to check where they are...
