Will it have the ability to fast rope out?
You know, get out by repelling down the ropes?
I'm sure it will not, but it would be great.

Uh no actually, it has been discussed in many, many, many, many, many, manymanymanymanyyyyyyyy threads that fastroping has been proved impossible/useless for use in the BF2 engine. The Helicopter, is a maybe, to be used in a BF2 mod. But fast roping is a definate no.

is saw it on 2 movies on tube..
and EA/DICE i dunnu,, they scrapped the fastropes becouse it wasnt like it should look like or something ?. i read it somewhere

Wouldnt it possible to trow ropes out of a chopper.. like the bf2 SF grappling hook if you want to get of the roof with right mouse click..
or chopper should hang still.. and co pilot can activate ropes for them,, so infantry gets out of the chopper gently..

IM just dreamin maybe xD

Arjan, [scrambled] is NOT possible. Many attempts have been made, but it's just not possible. What you saw is most probably a trick to fool you or not BF2. A hook is just another "vehicle" and as everyone knows, BF2 vehicles CAN'T get along with each other.

Very nice man keep it up. I dont want to sound greedy but hurry up and finish it up!

The only way that would be possible is if the helicopter's exit point were below them and some effect "smoke rope" lol.......

Its not worth it, justland on the street or on the roof.
