russia, because they are the biggest military not currently represented in the game. and also because since theres already a milita faction it would be a piece of cake to make realistic russian vs caucasus rebels type missions.

canada also because they are currently fighting in afghanistan, again easy to make very realistic missions.

and wheres germany?
